Before you come

Questions We Get Every Week

I have never trained before. Can I still join?

Yes. Coaches at MAVINN Muay Thai split the floor by level and start beginners on stance, footwork, and the basic strikes. You can join any scheduled session at either gym, and nobody is put in the ring before they are ready.

Not on your first visit. Both gyms keep a full set of training gear, including heavy bags, kick pads, and punch mitts. Bring shorts, a shirt, and water. Most students buy their own wraps and gloves once they start training regularly.

MAVINN Muay Thai Bangkok is at 27 Soi 54, Nuanchan Rd., Bueng Kum, Bangkok 10230. It is a straightforward drive or taxi ride from most parts of the city, and there is parking on site. Call or message +66 65 985 7919 if you need directions.

Bangkok suits people who want to train after work or fit sessions around time in the city. Pattaya suits visitors who want to train alongside a beachside stay. Coaching standards and pass prices are the same at both.
